Vi er stolte over å kunne legge ut enda en video fra UKT-konferansen 2016, denne gangen ved Kenda Creasy Dean, professor i «youth, church, and culture» ved Princeton Theological Seminary. Overskriften for foredraget var «Love made me an inventor: Why youth ministers should – and should´nt – become missional entrepreneurs».

The church’s “entrepreneurial moment” is upon us – but that doesn’t mean youth ministers should jump on the social entrepreneurship bandwagon. It may be trendy to have a “big idea,” it may be appealing to develop a different economic engine for ministry, it may give us hope to witness the difference that social entrepreneurship is making in the world. But none of these are reasons youth ministers should become missional entrepreneurs. In this talk, we will explore the one and only reason churches should engage in missional innovation, and the one reason youth ministers should lead the way.
